Wave Robinson  - Central Florida Director

Central Florida FCA Area Director Waverly “Wave” Robinson, Jr. is a committed servant of Christ, husband, father, and friend. He and his wife Octavia have four young men and one young lady that they are molding and shaping in the image of Christ. Under the guidance of Dr. David Uth, pastor of First Baptist Church of Orlando, Wave serves in the student ministry, while Octavia serves in the children’s ministry. 

Originally from Miami, Florida Wave graduated from Miami Norland Senior High School as a two year lettermen in football and three year lettermen in track & field. Wave furthered his education at Bethune-Cookman University, earning a degree in Business Administration and continued his education by earning a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix, Orlando campus.

After a successful career with the brokerage and banking company, Charles Schwab Corporation as a Senior Investment Professional, Wave accepted the call from God into full-time vocational ministry in August of 2005. After serving the Orlando community as Youth Pastor at a local church, today Wave serves as the Central Florida Area Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.




Emmelyne Alphonse - Office Manager

Emmelyne begin as a staff person in August of 2011. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Services from Belhaven University. She is a wife and mother of one son. A sincere servant of the Lord, Emmelyne and her husband Duma serve as the Young Adult Directors at New Destiny Christian Center in Orlando, Florida.

Kim Boyce – Volusia County Area Director/ Missionary

Kim is the Area Director for Volusia County & Sanford, She has been on FCA staff since 1995, Kim recently returned home to Central Florida after serving God faithfully in Thomasville, GA and Metro Atlanta. Her FCA leadership roles have included Regional Director of Staff Development & Training and Director of Black Mountain Girls Multi-sport Camp. A graduate of Edgewater HS, she is excited about developing the ministry close to home in Volusia County and Sanford. A tireless servant, Kim also enjoys working out, playing tennis and running, and has completed three half marathons.

Dan recently joined our team June 2014. 


Eric Dimmick - Osceola Area Representative/ Missionary

Eric came on staff full time with FCA in August 2014 after volunteering as a chaplain since 2009. He is currently serving as the Osceola County Representative for FCA. Eric is married and the father of one daughter. He is excited and honored to be a part of all God is doing through the impactful ministry of FCA!



Shanon Eaton - Seminole County Area Representative/ Missionary

Shanon has been on staff since September 2014. He is answering God’s call to ministry after a 14 year career in the Public School Education System.  During that time Shanon has served in a variety of capacities including, teacher, dean, basketball coach, and assistant principal. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Clearwater Christian College & a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.  He is Currently Working on His Master's Of Divinity Degree at Liberty University's Baptist Theological Seminary and Serves as Associate Pastor for Orlando Family Church In Apopka, FL.  He has a passion to to see High School And College coaches and students saved and impacted for the Kingdom of God.

John R. Evans - UCF Campus Director/ Missionary

UCF fans know him as the guy with the microphone at Knights Nation sporting events, but how John serves behind the scenes at UCF is what truly ignites him.  As FCA Campus Director at UCF, John gets to combine his three greatest passions- ministry to a lost and hurting world, sports, and the University of Central Florida.  John has been involved in student ministry for 21 years, but as a graduate of UCF’s Interpersonal Communication program in 2000, he considers it a great privilege to serve his own college campus in the name of Christ.  As UCF Athletics Emcee, John has a uniquely powerful platform to exact influence on a very influential audience.  He has been tabbed “UCF Sports Pastor” and sees FCA as the perfect platform for him to be a difference maker for the Lord at UCF.  John and his bride Kathryn have been married 18 years and have they have 5 ridiculously amazing children.  The seven Evans are a family on mission at UCF!


Neal Hayes - Orange County Area Representative/Track Club Program Director

Neal has been on staff since September 2011. Neal is answering God’s call to ministry after a career in medical sales. In addition to serving as an FCA parent volunteer, Neal has served in various volunteer roles working with youth through local churches and organizations. He has also been involved with sports as both an athlete and youth coach. Natives of Central Florida, he and his family attend Summit Church.

Greg Larson  - Seminole County Area Representative/ Missionary

Graduate of Lake Brantley high school. Played baseball at the University of Florida. Played two seasons professionally with the Boston Red Sox organization. Currently getting Masters in Applied Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute.


Shavier Martinez - Orange County Area Representative/ Missionary

Shavier recently joined our team October 2014.

Cindy Nealy - Area Representative/ Missionary

Cindy has been on staff with FCA since 1981. Prior to that she taught math and served as the Huddle Coach for the Colonial HS FCA. Cindy is great for developing your FCA adult volunteers and conducting leadership training for your officers. She also loves to train students how to prepare and share their personal testimony. Cindy and her family are members of First Baptist Church of Orlando.


Reinaldo Ramos - Orange County Area Representative/ Missionary

Reinaldo, along with his wife Alexis, are youth pastors for the Mighty Warriors at Bethel Christian Church in Orlando FL. A graduate of Southeastern University, he studied TV/Radio Broadcast Communications. His passion to preach Jesus and disciple young people has brought him to FCA. He as two daughters, Chloe Rae and Emma Monroe.


Frank Reynoso - Orange and Osceola Director and Staff Mentor in NYC and Miami

Frank has been on staff with FCA since 2005, but his involvement with the ministry stretches back to 2002. Originally from the Bronx, where he took up boxing but later got involved with drugs and gangs, and eventually spent time prison, Pastor Frank has served in the past as Director of the Last Wave Club, a counselor at House of Hope and Chaplain for the Orange County Juvenile Detention Center. He accepted Christ in 1991 and is being used of God to reach out to teenagers with the love of Jesus. He is teaching Pastor at Body of One Ministries.

Virginia Scuderi - Lake County Area Director/Missionary 

Virginia has served with FCA as a volunteer parent for years.  She is currently working as the Lake County Area Director                             


Sammie Smith - Lake County Area Representative/ Missionary

Sammie recently joined our team on June 1st of 2012. A graduate of Apopka High School, Sammie was a two sport athlete (Football & Track) at Florida State University prior to playing professional football with the Miami Dolphins and the Denver Broncos. Sammie and his wife Shalonda reside in Mt. Dora, Florida.



Gloria Solis - Orange County Area Representative / Missionary


Gloria Solis serves as an Area Represented Missionary for East Orange County in Central Florida FCA since June 2014. Gloria was involved in FCA as a high school athlete and served as a SALT FCA Intern in the summer of 2013. After her SALT internship, she came on staff with West Central Florida FCA from August 2013-June 2014.


Gloria Solis graduated Hardee Senior High School in 2008 where she played basketball, volleyball, and ran track. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Leadership and minor in Sports Management from Southeastern University. She graduated Celebration School of Ministry in May 2013 with a Certificate of Leadership from Celebration Church.


Gloria resides in Orange County Florida and is an active member of Celebration Church Orlando Campus.




 Demetrius Summerville  - Orange County Area Representative/ Missionary

Demetrius Summerville joined FCA’s staff as an Orange County representative in August of 2014. He is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. He also serves as the Director of Community Relationships for Kaley Square Community Center in Holden Heights. Demetrius has previously worked as a mental health counselor in a local high school and served as a substance abuse counselor for an adult outpatient treatment program. He worked on staff with a local church as the director of community outreach. Demetrius worked for three and a half years as a marketing and logistics coordinator with Integrity Music. 

He earned a master’s degree in counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Troy University.

Demetrius and his wife Amy have been married since 2005 and have three delightful children. Jayden-7, Journey-6 and Hope-4. Amy and Demetrius met while playing collegiate sports at Troy University. Amy played volleyball and Demetrius played two years of football.

They currently live in the Parramore community of Orlando, serving as Christ ambassadors among the poor, disenfranchised, and marginalized. They desire to see their neighbors and community transformed from the inside out through the power of the gospel lived out in relationships.
